（01）too many 意为“太多”，中心词是many,用法与many相同，用来修饰可数名词复数。例如：There are too many apples on the tree.树上有太多的苹果。
（02）too much 意为“太多”，中心词是much,用法与much相同，用来修饰不可数名词。也可以用作副词或代词。例如：We 've had too much rain lately.最近我们这里的雨下得太多了。Watching TV is too much bad for your eyes.电视看得太多对你的眼睛有害。You've given me too much.你给我的太多了。
